Zap2It has a Scream Red Carpet Interview with Jared.  There are spoilers in it.  The spoilers would be medium-high.  He reveals a stunt that would have you going "oooo... is this where..." all throughout the episode and his reaction to Jensen doing an emotional scene that reveals another plot point.  So, yeah, you're not going to want to read it.
